Backup of Contacts List on disc

I need help in copying the Outlook.PST to disc. Running 98SE and getting a window asking for a program to open .pst with. What program shoud be used

What I really want is just to backup my contact list to disc.
 
You need help with what?
Copying a file does not require a program to open it.
What are you doing?
