Backup & 'Favorites'

Are the favourites part of the pst file??

If not i'd appreciate assistance/advice on how i'd go
about placing the file(s) in a folder within the 'My
Documents' folder. I don't know what file(s) require
moving or how to point the outlook/IE to the new location.

No, they are not part of your pst. They are stored at C:\Documents and
Settings\%username%\Favorites.

To move this folder, simply right click and drag it to the new location and
choose Move Here. Windows will remember.
