I have accumulated a long list of favorites I access from my Internet
Explorer screen on my home page. I am running Windows XP with IE 6. I have
not found a way to print the list along with the URLs, but would like to at
least back it up if something were to happen and I had to restore this list.
I did a file search on Favorites and came up with 47 hits. Can anyone tell
me how to either print this list with it's corresponding URLs or how to back
it up? Your help would be appreciated. By the way, my ISP is AT&T High
Speed Internet (DSL). Charles Ranheim

The contents of the Favorites folder can be copied to a CD, to a folder of
your choosing on your hard drive, or to other media. It resides in
C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name. Simply copy the contents of the
Favorites folder and you're set.

Rather simple. Locate your Favorites Folder(s) and copy them (frequently) to
a separate partition or drive.

Ramesh,
Thank you for your response, along with the others. I tried to print my
Favorites (Bookmarks) list with the associated URLs, but could not find a
way to print the URLs. In the instructions, it says:
Double-click My Computer, double-click drive C, and then double-click
the Bookmark.htm file.
10. On the File menu, click Print, click to select the Print table of
links check box, and then click OK.

Note If you do not want the printed list to contain the URL for each
link, click to clear the Print table of links check box.

Here is the problem: I do not have the option "Print Table of Links"
on my print controls screen. I can only print the list of favorite names.
Am I missing something? Charles Ranheim

Ranheim,

The "Print table of links" option will be available in the "Options" tab. If
not, try this tool:

Convert Favorites to Txt file; View Internet Explorer Favorites information
in a readable form:
