I am able to do a Complete Backup. But when I attempt to do "Backup Files",
I get an error "0X8100000A". I am backing up to an External USB Drive.
Also, when I look at the Backup Setup, it shows me that I have not backed up
since 3/11/07. This is not true as I have backed up many times since then.
Is there any thing that I can do to reset this?

If you can send me the following information, I can investigate this
further.

1. A description of the problem, including the exact error message and error
code (a screenshot will work)
2. A screenshot of your Disk Management screen showing disks and volumes.
3. Contents of %windir%\logs\CompletePC\
4. Generate a log file using the instructions below and email it to me:

Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Asr,
create a new key called LogFileSetting

Under LogFileSetting, create a new DWORD value called EnableLogging.
Right-click that value, click Modify, and then enter 00000001 (hexadecimal)
or 1 (decimal)

Under LogFileSetting, create a new String value called LogPathName.
Right-click that value, click Modify, and then enter C:\asr.log.

Next, reproduce the error. You should have a file called asr.log under c:\.
You can delete the registry key when you are done.

Use my email address, minus "online."

Thank you.
Actually, I discovered the solution on my own. I mistook what was meant by
"Full Backup". This is the checkbox in the last screen of the setup. Once I
checked this box, the rest was handled. I confused "Full Backup" with
"Complete Backup". These are of course two different things.
Thanks again for your kind attention.

David
