Backup Exec Migration !

How we can transfer all Policies and Backup Jobs, Media info, reports, job
setups and all backup related info from WIn2003 server which has SQL2000
running as a database for Symantec Backup Exec 10d to a New Windows 2003 R2
which will run on either SQL2000 or SQL2005? Is there any 3rd party freeware
tool available to do this migration?

Have you contacted your Symantec Support?
 
Not yet? I opened an problem ticket with Symantec, they didn't got back to me
since last friday. Do you know any way to migrate all this stuff ?
