I installed the backup utility from Microsoft (pfbackup.exe) and ran it as well as set it up for regular backups.
What I have not figured out is whether it backs up everything or just mail.
Would someone care to tell me, please.
I don't want to be surprised when I need to restore data just to find out that Contacts, Rules, etc. are gone.

Thank you
Corren

It backs up the entire .pst file that has your mail, calendar, contacts,
journal, tasks, etc.
