Backup done on a W2k server cannot be restored on another W2k server

My email server (Lotus notes) runs on W2k server. At the
end of everyday i always do a backup of the mail files
onto a tape. But the problem is that whenever i try to
restore the backup on one of my member servers that runs
on W2k i do not see the backup i did in the list of
backups. Pls i need help urgently..........!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to recreate the catalog on the new server. Assuming you are youing
ntbackup, right-click on the tape in the left-hand pane of the "restore"
window and choose "catalog" to get started..

No it did not work. Am using windows 2000 server and not
NT and the right clicking of the tape does not do
anything. Urgent help needed....!!!!!!
