Backup does not work

Using Window's Backup Utility, I have tried to schedule
backups, and it does not work. I can do it while I am
here, at the present time, but not for future times. It
states that the path is not correct, or I might not have
the rights.(I am the Administrator - XP Pro). In addition
The Events Log ID# is 10010. and it states the the Server
did not register with DCOM within the required time out.
Any suggestions?
 
Do you log on with a blank password? If yes, then the scheduler will not
work as it requires a user account to have a specific password.

If this does not resolve the issue, please post your question on the
windowsxp.configuration_manage newsgroup.
