Frustrated Dave

I run WindowsXPPro with its installed NTBackup. I have no problem in using
the program to manually back up files, folders, drives etc. However I wish
to append incremental backups by automatically scheduling them. I have used
the wizard to schedule weekly backups. These backups do not appear to be
taking place. I suspect that the problem may be associated with
Administrator rights although I am the only user and also the administrator.
I am happy to provide further information if this can assist with resolving
the problem.

Many thanks in advance

Start by posting your question to a group that is more relevant, like one
with "Windows" in it. This is a .Net programming newsgroup.

I am sorry that I appear to be rather stupid. I originally did a search on Backup which took me to "Discussion Groups Home". I just wanted to add a new thread to the existing discussions on "Backup". Now what I find most frustrating is that I have include the forum for this thread. With the plethora of options I chose "Discussion Groups Home". It obviously posted my thread elsewhere. Incidentally the Windows options only include previous almost obsolete versions such as ME, 98, 95 & 3.1.

Is there anybody out there that can assist me with my problem and if not
point me in the right direction to posting my problem.

Thanks
