Backup and restore

I alradey backup my ms outlook and restore (copy the .pst file into proper
location) now the messages are all restored but my rules and contacts are
restored but rules are not active and contacts not automaticaly comung in
compsing time..

pls give me a solutuon for this
 
Moving rules will need to be relinked to the folder again even when they
show up alright. This is because they are tied to your old machine.

The AutoSuggest feature for contacts is a cache that will need to rebuild
itself over time. You can speed this up forcefully though. For details see;

That's NOT how you restore. There is no "proper" location for a PST (although
there is a *default* location).

Do you mean they don't show as you type in the To field or that when you click
To, your Contacts folder doesn't appear?
