Backlight

Need to write and application in VB.net or C# to set the
timeout for the backlight. Not finding much information
about this in the MSDN other than OS developement. I
need to be able to do this from an w/in an application

I thought that it was the feature on a PDA screen to make it brighter (don't
know how to say, but I think you understand it now)?
