If so how would i go about doing that. I would appreciate any feed back you
guys could give me. Thanks in advance

Hello mirokuu,

You can do it with scripting during logoff or logon or scheduled IF YOU HAVE
THE RIGHT TO DO IT.

If you have administrative privileges then you can
access a user's disk from your own machine without
the user being aware of it. Ask your system
administrator for advice.

It may not be possible to do this completely without the user's knowledge
unless you can guarantee that the user will not be present at the machine
when the backup occurs. I usually notice when our system is backing up my
machine because I can hear the unusually intense disk activity. If this
is a possibility in your situation, it's best to tell the users what may
happen. Having them panic and shut down the machine because of the
unexpected activity would be a Bad Thing.
