Anybody know if....
Its possible to ghost a typical XP 32bit install to a Raid 0 (2, 3 or 4 drive) install?

RAID doesnt "ghost" with other hds to make up a RAID set..Yes you can add
another SATA hd to the existing SATA hd and create a RAID set.The question
is who made the hardware.Intel RAID controllers use Matrix storage software,
it has the capabilities to add hds from a single hd & create RAID,other
brands
may not be able to..Also,3 or 4 hds could only be possible if the
controller on
the board has that many SATA plug connections,RAID 0,is only a 2 hd set,3
or 4
would be RAID 5 or 10.

Yes, assuming raid set created

If you mean clone in order that you can then boot from the single drive,
dont believe so

So how does one backup a Raid 0 setup if one wants it bootable? Surely you don't have to use the
same number of hard drives in the Raid 0 setup?

Yes, it is entirely possible to transfer a RAID 0 installation to a single
disk, provided you do it correctly. It is also possible to transfer a single
disk installation to a RAID 0 array, it's all in the prep work.
