backing up pst file

i want to backup my pst file
when i searched for *.pst
it says it is located at
c:documents and
settings\stephenhuhta\applicationsdata\microsoft\outlook
problem is, I can not see this directory or subdirectory
in windows explorer
again the pst file shows up when i do a search
if i right click on the pst file the archive box is
checked on??
how do i "see" this file so i can put it into a backup??
 
If you're using Windows 2000 or XP, the file is hidden -- enable viewing
of hidden and system files.

The hidden files can be viewed by choosing the following in Windows XP.

Open "My Computer"
Click on "Tools" menu
Click on "Folder Option..." menu item
Click on "View" Tab
Under the "Hidden files and folders" select the "Show hidden files and folders"
And, click the "Apply to All Folders" button in the same tab

For archiving PST files, the link provided by Sparker9 will help you install Personal Folders Backup feature will help you back up files more easily.

I am closing this issue as resolved. Please let me know if this does not work for you.
