Backing up Outlook

I am still not that familiar with Outlook and my boss has decided to use the
Outlook Calendar instead of an actual scheduling system for our dr.s office.
I have been messing around with it periodically for months. I have managed
to save it as a .pst file (I think?). Now I just can't figure out how to open
it on another computer. Is this even possible to do? Please Help! Thank
you.

Hi Shanna,
a pst file can only be open by Outlook.
If you have Outlook on the other computer
open Outlook FILE > OPEN > DATAFILE > and point to the pst file!
