backing up OUTLOOK EXPRESS

I already have my new PC with Windows XP installed on it.
I have an Outlook Express mail account in my old Windows
98 pc. Is it possible to back up my Outlook Express from
my old Windows 98 to my new Windows XP? How will I do it?
I know how to back up Outlook express from windows 98 to
Windows 98. I tried the procedure using there in backing
up to Windows Xp but it didn't work. Thank you.
