Backing up Outlook Express 6 ???

Want to know I someone can point me to a website or something that will tell
me how to backup outlook express 6. I want to reformat my hard drive so I
need to back it up to another computer but don't know how. I don't want to
lose all my mail, contacts and news settings! Any help would be great.
