Backing Up Outlook Email Files

I am changing to a new computer and want to transfer my
saved email files to the new computer. Any suggestions on
how to do this? I don't seem to be able to access this
file through My Computer.

Outlook backup.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.
