Sure... click on Business Contact Manager, Database Tools, Manage Database,
and there's a Backup button there. To Restore a backup, I recommend
creating a new database first, then restoring over that empty database.

Thanks Lon. This way I get backup of BCM database only. I can do a separate
backup of pst file for Outlook. What I am looking for, however, is a backup
routine that creates in in one backup file all that is needed to restore
Outlook (everything including mail accounts and BCM database and e-mail
rules etc)
You'll need a more robust third-party backup program to do that. I don't
know of one from MS that will handle both the PST and BCM databases.
