Backing up Outlook 2000(02), (03)

Is it possible to backup Outook 2000, 2002, and 2003 when
the application is open? Is there a 3rd party software
if Windows cannot do this by itself?

No, you can't do this when Outlook is open. You can create a script with a
batch so you can schedule it though. To get you started;
