Backing up Office 2007 Beta 2 Outlook

I need to make a backup of my Outlook address book and all my messages. I am
using the Office 2007 Beta 2.

How can I save the needed data and then restore again?

Not a thirdy party utilty question, so doesn't belong in this newsgroup. It
has, however, bee answered countless times in
microsoft.public.outlook.general.
