Hi George :-)

There are a few ways to do this. You don't mention the version of Windows
you have, but, try the following and see if they help:

How to Backup-Import or Transfer messages

These files are located in the Message Store folder. This folder is found in
a Users Identity files. The path should look similar to the following:
C:\Documents and Settings> User Name>Local Settings>Application
Data>Identities> a long number similar
to:{4D021968-699E-4E5F-8C51-0733F9487E66}>Microsoft>Outlook Express> Message
Store. (NOTE: There may be more than one long number folder, and not all
will have the Microsoft folder or files. Select the one that has the newest
creation date with the Microsoft folder and files.)

The Message Store folder contains all the DBX files. Copy these files to a
new desktop folder and browse to the new location when importing them. Check
one of the DBX file Properties to make sure they are not checked Read-Only.
If so, then you will need to uncheck this setting before trying to import.

You can locate the file folder with the DBX files by doing a Search from
Windows Explorer and type in DBX in the Search window.

The KB article below will explain how to import all the files. Follow all
instructions carefully.
