Backing up Microsoft Office - Contacts Folder

I am wanting to back up on DVD the contacts folder in microsoft office
so I can take it to a professional printing company. It would take me
too long with my printer to do this.

I have Microsoft XP.

It seems to only want to save it to the hard disc.

How can I just select the contact details and not the program file and
what should I be looking for in the folder name to do this?

I have Nero to burn it to a disc or a flash disc/card.

Did you know you were posting in a fax group?
This has nothing to do with fax.
The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
