backing up contacts on Outlook 2003

I know that I can back up my entire Outlook files (mail, contacts, etc.) but
is there a way to back up only the contact portion of Outlook 2003?
 
You could your Contacts Folder copy it into its own PST file.
That is far better than trying to export it.
