If the game is played soley online, that is, he did not install it from a CD
or other such software, you shouldn't need to back it up. The exception to this
are locally saved game files (if the game in question uses them).
For the most part, such games are able to be played exclusively online.
Therefore, at worst, you shall simply need to reinstall the application
framework for the game - not the game itself.
