Background theme not displaying

Please

I have recently changed web hosting services and the new web hosting service
uses unix appache servers rather than Microsoft IIS. I publish using
frontpage 2000 and I have installed Frontpage extensions on the new appache
site but the background (theme) does not publish. I only get the text
displayed. I have tried specifying appache in the frontpage setup file.

Any suggestions please

Themes do not require the FP SE
But the new FP2002 Shared border backgrounds require a host running the FP2002 SE
