Edit the registry at the following locations.

[HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop]
and/or
[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop]
In the right-hand pane, delete "NoChangingWallPaper" or change the value
to 0.

[HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
and/or
[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
In the right-hand pane, delete "Wallpaper" and "WallpaperStyle".

I had "spyware and stuff" before, but then I got "Viruses and Trojan Horses
2.0". It does a lot more than "spyware and stuff".
so i got the pc cleaned and fixed

Good job. A clean PC looks so much better, but having it fixed was much more
imporant. There are too many PCs in the world already. If more people had
their PCs fixed, there wouldn't be so many homeless PCs in the world. --
Help control the PC population; have your PC spayed or neutered.--
and everything is fine

Great, I'm happy for you. Thanks for sharing.

It's not so much your background that matters as who you are now and what
you do in the future. You can't change your background, but you can put it
behind you and work on being a better person in the future.

Disable and uninstall all antivirus and firewall programs then connect to
the Internet. It won't be too long before it changes. To make it change
faster, do a search for "free adult pics" then open as many of the links as
you can. It shouldn't take very long at all before you won't have to worry
about your background picture anymore. Just remember to click Yes on any
dialog boxes that come up and don't worry about any security notices or
warnings that you may see. These are just the normal messages you should
receive when doing this.

NOTE: I HOPE I DON'T HAVE TO SAY THIS, BUT DON'T ACTUALLY DO THIS! THIS IS
A JOKE!

WHAT DO U MEAN EDIT THE REGISTRY?

Appreciate the Help Thank You.
