How do I change the COLORS under the icons that are
displayed on my desktop. If I want to change my desktop
to another "THEME," I can't because I can't read the
words under the icons to see where I'm going. Do you
understand what I mean? I have Windows 98, and I can
change the colors of the words under the icons, and I can
even change the color of the "box" in which the words are
contained.

If somebody knows how to do this, please tell me. I
tried going into Preferences and Effects and Advanced and
everything else. Tried to change colors to see if it
accomplished what I wanted to do, but it didn't. Just
changed colors of message text and so forth.

Please help if you can. Thanks.
