Background Display

I recently save and image from web into My Pictures and then used as my
background display. Last week I changed the Background display. However when
I start PC the old picture comes up and then changes to the new one. It would
appear that it is still in the background somewhere. The picture has been
deleted form My Pics.. How do I stop this at stat up
 
Hi,

Change the wallpaper again to something else, then back to what you
currently have.

Take a look in C:\windows\web\wallpaper for the old file if found delete
it.
