background color

I'm racking my brain on how to do this and I can't come up
with anything. I have a form that it's info is going to
be printed off often. I need some color in the background
to make it easy on the eyes when entering data, but I
would like to find a way to only print the labels and text
to keep from wasting printer ink. I can't just say print
info only because then I don't get the labels with it.
Any thoughts?

Create a report and print that instead of printing the
form.
