backdoor virus can not delete

infects c:/windows/system32 folder creating

files called

system32.exe
cmd16.exe
iexplorer.exe

and other stuff but i can not delete the files even with
help from norton virus thing i need i little bit of help

it then told me to get rid of system32.exe so i did and
then a messege every time i turn on the machine saying
cannot find system32.exe make sure you typed the path
correct and so on
