I currently have the Norton Antivirus program installed on my computer. I
currently live abroad, and so have the antivirus program is foreign. I have
today noticed there is an item in Quarantine called BACKDOOR.SDBOT. It
seemingly came from an Imesh download. It states a number, but I cannot
find this number from any Imesh download. Please can someone advise what
action should now be taken.
Thankx in advance.

This link:
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/backdoor.sdbot.html
goes to Symantec's page about backdoor.sdbot (removal directions towards
the bottom of the page). However, the search engine at the Symantec site
brought up 28 hits. There are multiple variants of this --
backdoor.sdbot.B, backdoor.sdbot.C, etc. - each a little slightly
different than the next.

Check the Log in Norton to see which variant it has identified on your
system. If it is not noted exactly as "backdoor.sdbot," search for the
name that does appear at the Symantec site.
