Crash

I can't remove this trojan! I tried follow instructions on symatntec web
page but sysmap.exe is always appearing in system32 folder, after every
startup. There is also always a registry key in run-I deleted it but it is
always there after startup! What do I have to do? Help please! (I turned off
system restore,I have Windows XP pro and Norton antivirus 2003 pro)
Thanks

Reboot your PC into Safe Mode and perform a Full Scan of your platform and clean/delete any
infectors found then reply back with your results.

Norton found 1 inffected file and deleted it. After reboot i had to manualy
delete registry key and there is no sysmap.exe for now. Can I turn on system
restore now?
Thank you

Yes. Turn it back on and manually create a new Restore point.

OK,thanks but can I delete for all the key in the registry because I think
it has something with startup because key is in windows/current version/run
and whenever I delete it,it appears again there?

Read the following description and removal information:
