C Colin Barnhorst Oct 5, 2004 #2 XP Home or XP Pro? In XP Pro it is at Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools. It is not installed by default in XP Home and how you install it depends on whether or not you have a retail XP Home or it came preinstalled on your computer.
