back up

I just downloaded and installed Softswift enhanced windows backup. I don't
understand how to back up my drive. I have a 250 gig main drive and a 1TB
drive as a back up. I just don't know how to do it. Any help

Does your backup software have a Help menu? Did it come with any
instructions at all? Have you looked here:
