having difficulty sending backup information to cd, I am very off key whne it
comes to computers... please cend info asap.
I'd agree. You can simply google backup software and get tons of help.
See
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/setup/learnmore/bott_03july14.mspx
It explains using a standard backup program and windows XP's built in
program. I think you'll get more out of a 3rd party backup utility.
I've purchased a program from Stomp Soft, and Acronis True Image Home.
Acronis can backup as well as transfer an entire Hard drive to another
hard drive. Stomp soft is an older program but I'm comfortable with it
and I use it backup those key files, like mail, photos, some settings
etc.
You give very little info as to what you are doing so I stop short here
since I really don't know what difficulty you are having and what you
are using to backup. If you are trying to "copy" files to the CD then
forget it. You need software to "burn" files to a blank CD.
