How do I backup MS Outlook data (such as contacts)?
Russ Valentine said:The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup:

DL said:I used to just have one pst file which I backed up - outlook.pst. Now I
have
two - outlook.pst and mailbox.pst. Do I need to back up both? They are
different sizes and have different dates on them, so I guess they are not
one
and the same thing?
Thanks
