Why do you want to back-up yourself? This is a task of the administrator.
He/She most likely creates a back-up of the e-mail database everyday.
Otherwhise you could create a pst-file and then copy your mail to it. To
create a pst-file choose File-> New-> Outlook Data File and follow on-screen
instructions.
