Back up Contacts?

What is the best way to back up the Contacts folder so that it can be
retrieved or restored if needed?

All I can find in the HELP is info about exporting to Excel, Access,
Windows Comma Separated Values, Windows Tab Separated Values.

Is retrieving a back-up file of Contacts as simple as importing the
Excel file? That seems odd because there's only a limited amount of
the info saved that was entered into the section available for notes.

I'd like to be able to retrieve my Contacts, complete with all of the
info including all the notes.

Thanks,

When you back up the .pst file, contacts are included in the back up.
