Hi folks.

It seems I have missed tons of birthdays so Happy Birthday to anyone whose birthday I have missed in the last year.

Hope you are all well and healthy and enjoying life. After a pretty hard and hectic year I feel almost back to normal and almost in good health, just a few lingering aches and pains which are slowly mending.

I'll be looking in a bit more regularly in the future so see you then folks.
