Hi James 
I have the same problem when I go to some pages and they won't let you go
back using the Back button (really big grrrr...), or you get the Page
expired (AGH!!...how *dare* it die on me!!!). And it seems to be a problem
that spans the various versions of Windows and IE. I have WinME IE6 SP1.
It seems to be related to various webpages, perhaps the java or some other
programming grabholdontoandnotletgo type of electronic flypaper. I have not
been able to find a good cure for this yet, so now when this happens I just
click the little down arrow on the right side of the Back button, and select
the second, or any other page on the dropdown list and......Voila! I'm out!
I'm gone! I'm on my way again, without having to close IE and start over
again. (verrryyy big GRRR..)
This little arrow does not show up until you go to another page, then you
should see it on the right side of the Back button. When you click it, a
dropdown list comes down and you can chose any previous page on the list.
I know this is not what one would call 'technical' in terms of the normal
cures for things you find here, and maybe not the cure you'd hoped for, but,
well....it works very well for me. Just thought I'd share. ;o))
If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.
