I have a new Babya System version out-v 12.1 (note a new version 12.1
release will be released in February-this one is the latest available):

Babya System is a desktop utility suite ,shell replacement that can be used
ontop of windows and has a lt of useful apps-like the only in-Windows
based shell replacement with a visual development progtamming system and a
image editor
