BookSmart is a complete customable and free library management system
which you can be able to use it for any college school or institution
and for other types of business (eg. book retailers) or personal use .
The system can be able to perform inventory process on books, borrowing
books, returning borrowed books as well as monitoring them all. It also
comes with a secure user management system and security system and
lot,lot more in one application.

Also, BookSmart is the only freeware library management system
available as far as I know.

( Another one, Library manager is shareware nowdays)

Oh, the horror! Since I'm a systems librarian I had to download and
check this out. Download an aafuss product! Will my acf membership be
cancelled? :-)

Thumbs up: Installation works (but that's not a Babya product...)
Thumbs up: Program starts, clean interface with nice icons
Thumbs down: Error messages every when I try to do something :-(

Might be a problem with my my win98, but why should it? Especially since
no other programs have trouble...

Thanks for this. Now that the program actually starts, other ocx files are
also reported as missing. I will have to look at the site below and find
them.
