I have information that I cannot access in some "boxes" that appear on my screen....Not the usual box with icons (minimize/maximize) in upper right or scroll bar. An example is a box that relates to McAfee software that has a title bar at top "McAfee Product Setup" with paragraphs of info in body of text. There is no scroll bar and I cannot read the text beyond the bottom/size of box. Is there a way to access the information or to alter the size of the box???? Is it settings in my computer or????..
 
How do these 'boxes' appear on yr screen?
You have a McAffe app installed on yr sys?
There are a number of spam/virus popups that appear to come from recognised
companies, symantec for one that I know of.
Your Firewall is enabled? download and install ZoneAlarm, its free and gives
better protection than the default xp firewall.
You have a current AV app.
Download, update and run Adaware www.lavasoft.de to search for spyware

Hi,

Right-click on the desktop and select properties, go to the settings
tab, in 'monitor resolution,' move the slider back so it is at 800 x
600.

If still no joy, in that same tab click 'Advanced Options,' in the
General tab, in 'configuration in points por inch,' see that it is set
at 96 ppi.

If this do not correct the situation, you might check the drivers for
the graphic card.

You can try downloading the latest drivers for your graphic card by
going to the manufacturer's web page. If
you do not know the model, download Aida 32 and it will tell you the
information.
