B/B Icons

I have just got B/B with Tiscali. My problem is that I have the (safely
remove hardware ) icon in my system tray. If I click it will remove the
modem. Is this normal or what. I dont think this should be there?????Thx
 
I have B/B with a cable modem and the same Icon is in my systray so I think
it's normal
