AZE search bar

someone please help with this azesearch bar that won't go!
its stuck on my IE and explorer.i discovered an activex
control in C:\windows\system32\azesearch4.ocx. it won't
delete because its "in use". MS Antispyware removes it but
it is replaced immediately by another.
