I allow others to view my computer. My brothers play games and they dont know
the destruction caused by a spyware.Even after telling them they dont listen
and install games even if they have a spyware with them.I don't want to let
others(even my family members) install anything in my computer without my
permission. Are there any programs which can avoid others from installing in
my computer? It must have a password to install a program. Please kindly
suggest me a solution.

Create others limited user accounts in Windows XP
So they will have their own My documents folder
but will not be able to access PC settings
Limited users can download everything but cannot install anything
,so they cannot install any spyware/virus in the family's computer.

Others limited account should NOT be password-protected !!!

Your administartor account should be password-protected !!!
You should be the only administrator.

Win XP has one built-in hidden admin account visible only in Safe Mode,so
you should password-protect it also.
Access the Safe Mode and then as normal, goto User account in Control Panel
and create a password for the hidden admin account, called Administrator.

Microsoft has made a component to help protect a computer
that is used by many people. It prevents limited users from access to
^chosen by the admin user^ programs and files and also prevent them
from downloading files and other things
It is easy to use and can be configured to meet everybody's needs

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sharedaccess/faq.mspx

/example : A parent with Administrator rights can prevent a children
with limited account to use a chat program or download a new one /

Because you're the administrator ,only you can install.
Install a good antivirus software and antispyware software.
Make sure your firewall is ON.

And one more thing. There are some ^illegal^ programs that can destroy these
Windows programs. As I said they are illegal.
Keep a close eye and see if the passwords are ON and often check for special
software in C:\Program files

Simple. Don't give them an account with more permissions than you want to
give them. That is, stop letting them be administrators and give them
limited accounts.

Alternatively, start researching Acronis TrueImage, DeepFreeze, RestoreIT,
ShadowUser, and other similar utilities which can let you restore a system
back to exactly what it was before.

Or get VirtualPC and let them run in those virtual machines. I don't know
how performance gets hit by running within a VM. You might need to max out
your memory slots.

You could configure another user account that has restricted rights
