avoid changes to template or masters

My company wants to ensure consistency in presentations across offices. We
have created corporate "branded" templates; however, staff members keep
adding their own colors to the color palette and using clip art images, which
is against branding guidelines. Is there a way to lock or disable these
features (e.g., make it so they can only use the designated color scheme, and
disable clip art). Is there another solution (besides training or
hand-slapping)?

Thanks.

It's all but impossible to lock up PPT this way, but you can certainly make it
much easier for the user to do what you want them to do, including using company
approved template, colors and graphics.

Hi Steve. I've actually already checked out PPTools.com but will dig a little
deeper. I suspect there is a way to accomplish it through VBA scripting or
something. Thanks a bunch for your help.
