It is so simple that I have actually acomplished this....download TMPGEnc...if you are going to burn DVD's then you need the plus version because it will convert to mpeg - II....if you are going to burn VCD's(which only require mpeg -1) you only need the regular version of TMPGEnc and it is completly free....read about the capture,convert,edit,author and burn process on this website....http://www.dvdrhelp.com/convert (this site is great...it convers both VCD burning and DVD burning).

TMPGEnc is considered the best software to do it, unless you spend lots of
