AVG Problem

I've been usibg AVG Free Version for the last 5 years, without any
problem. Until now that is.

Suddenly AVG is asking for a Compter Restart after every update and no
matter what I do, ir re-install AVG, adjust the settings, clean the
registry etc etc, it has no effect.

Does anyone here have the same problem and if so can it be cleared?

There are several possible fixes, but the best solutions is to download a new copy and install it.
It should ask to uninstall the old first. Then update it and it should work.
 
I had the same problem, as well as several of my friends, with AVG a few
months ago. After a complete uninstall, using Revo Unistaller, I reinstalled
AVG and it solved the problem for all of us. Hope this helps.
